Cách khắc phục:
Bước 1: Đổi tên folder tương ứng với user trong folder C:\Users
Ví dụ: ChungUser thành ChungUser_bak
Bước 2: Đăng nhập vào PC với tài khoản Administrator, sau đó vào Regedit theo đường dẫn:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Xoá sub-folder của ProfileList tương ứng với user (được hiện thị ở String: ProfileImagePath)
Bước 3: Log off user Administrator và log on tài khoản của bạn.
